Gado Gado
Gado-gado is a traditional Indonesian dish made from a mix of fresh vegetables such as bean sprouts, cabbage, cucumber, and long beans, served with rice or rice cakes and topped with a thick peanut sauce. It is garnished with crispy fried shallots, offering a combination of savory, spicy, and fresh flavors in one plate. Traditionally served on banana leaves.
